Always inthe Munny is an exciting 3 year old filly, by one of the hottest sires in North America, Munnings. Always inthe Munny is 3 for 5 lifetime, with very impressive wins in her last two starts. She is incredibly fast, and while she has only run on dirt, she has a pedigree that might indicate future success on both surfaces.
Always inthe Munny has been transferred to trainer Tom Amoss, and is based at Churchill Downs.
Horologist is a 4 year old filly by Gemologist. She is one of the best New Jersey-breds of recent memory. She has had two graded stakes wins thus far in 2020.
Her most recent victory came in the G2 Beldame Stakes, where she easily fended off rivals Point of Honor and Dunbar Road while posting a 100 Beyer. Earlier this year, Horologist took the G3 Molly Pitcher Stakes, posting a career-best 101 Beyer and proving she belongs near the top of her division.
In 2019, Horologist defeated Champion Jaywalk in the G3 Monmouth Oaks, before running a solid third in the G1 Cotillion behind her Medallion stablemate Street Band.
The filly is trained by Bill Mott.
An Irish-bred filly by the great Sea the Stars (IRE), CONTE DE FEE is from the immediate family of multiple Grade 1 winners PETRUSHKA (2nd dam), SPECTRUM and multi-millionaire sire CONDUIT. Her dam was a winner in one start as a juvenile and has already produced stakes-winning filly Lucie Manette. Purchased at the Arqana December Sale, she will likely debut in the spring of 2021.
Applecross is a three year old filly by Sir Prancealot. She won on debut at Bath Racecourse going 5 furlongs and 10 yards. After a disappointing effort in the G2 Queen Mary due to soft ground, we sent her to trainer Richard Baltas in California. She made a good showing in her Stateside debut to finish a fast closing 3rd in the Del Mar Juvenile Fillies Turf. She ran 5th in the G3 Jimmy Durante, after rallying strongly into a slow pace. We gave her some time off over the winter, and she is nearing her 3yo debut at Del Mar.
