Going to Vegas was an impressive winner of the G3 Santa Ana. Ridden for the first time by Umberto Rispoli, she broke well, and inherited the lead when no one went forward. She controlled the race from start to finish, and kicked home her final quarter in 22.66. This was a very impressive final quarter for a 10F race. Going to Vegas earned a career best 94 beyer, and we are excited to see her the rest of this year, especially in the 10F+ races. Going to Vegas seems to be improving, as she was run or tied a career best beyer in 5 straight races.

Since becoming an investor in Medallion Racing I have been overwhelmed with the excitement of being part of Thoroughbred racing at the highest level. What I have appreciated even more is how well the communication is between myself, the investor, and the managers of Medallion and also all the knowledge I have gained in the racing industry.
I became an investor in Medallion Racing in 2015, nothing matches the joy and excitement I receive from being part of top class racehorses such as CATHRYN SOPHIA and CALIFORNIA CHROME.
As a lifelong horseplayer and passion for racing, I came to a point in my life where I wanted stake in a partnership that could offer ownership at the highest level of Thoroughbred racing. Medallion Racing fit my risk tolerance with a solid business plan that detailed their mission, full transparency, weekly communication of all horses involved, and delivered on exactly what their goal was to their investors... Graded stakes winners and thrills I never imagined I would experience in my lifetime.
My family’s love for the Thoroughbred dates back to the 30s when my grandfather was a top owner/breeder/trainer. Medallion allows me to continue this important family tradition while also participating as an owner at the highest levels of the sport. I fully expect Medallion to evolve into one of the top performing racing partnerships in the world. I want to be a part of this.
