Lady Prancealot ran a strong 3rd in the G1 Rodeo Drive at Santa Anita. Once again she was compromised by a lack of pace in the race. Unfortunately she is most comfortable coming from off the pace, and needs some early speed to help set up for her closing kick. The eventual winner, Mucho Unusual showed good early speed and was able to kick clear at the head of the lane leaving too much work to do for Lady Prancealot.
She came out of the race in great shape, and we are looking at all of our options including the G1 Breeders Cup Filly and Mare Turf. She is 1-1 at Keeneland, and she should love the 1 and 3/16ths of a mile distance. After the BC, she will head to Keeneland November Auction.
