Featured   ••   Insta Erma

Insta Erma was ready to run off a 4 month layoff to take the $500,000 G3 Kentucky Downs Ladies Turf.  She broke well, but settled in last early, only 4 lengths off the lead.  Drayden Van Dyke was content to keep her towards the rear, and eventually worked her towards the outside entering the 3/8ths of a mile stretch.  He was very patient, and she was happy to oblige as she started making steady progress on the outside.  She eventually wore down Valadorna to win by a comfortable 1/2 length.

This was a huge result for Insta Erma and Medallion.  This was Insta Erma’s first graded stakes victory, and gave Medallion its 7th Graded Stakes win since 12/30/17, with 6 different horses (none of whom had won a graded stakes before we purchased them).  This was a great result with only 9 horses in training at the beginning of 2018.

Congratulations and thanks to all of our partners and investors!

As a lifelong horseplayer and passion for racing, I came to a point in my life where I wanted stake in a partnership that could offer ownership at the highest level of Thoroughbred racing. Medallion Racing fit my risk tolerance with a solid business plan that detailed their mission, full transparency, weekly communication of all horses involved, and delivered on exactly what their goal was to their investors... Graded stakes winners and thrills I never imagined I would experience in my lifetime.

Mark S., Investor

My family’s love for the Thoroughbred dates back to the 30s when my grandfather was a top owner/breeder/trainer. Medallion allows me to continue this important family tradition while also participating as an owner at the highest levels of the sport. I fully expect Medallion to evolve into one of the top performing racing partnerships in the world. I want to be a part of this.

I became an investor in Medallion Racing in 2015, nothing matches the joy and excitement I receive from being part of top class racehorses such as CATHRYN SOPHIA and CALIFORNIA CHROME.

George S., Thoroughbred owner for over 18 years

Since becoming an investor in Medallion Racing I have been overwhelmed with the excitement of being part of Thoroughbred racing at the highest level. What I have appreciated even more is how well the communication is between myself, the investor, and the managers of Medallion and also all the knowledge I have gained in the racing industry.
